Micah has spent 15 years in the kitchen, where creativity and curiosity drive his love for cooking. From personal experience, Micah has learned to innovate beyond his own food limitations. He’s discovered a love for experimenting and pushing the boundaries of what’s thought to be possible with food. What makes Threefold special is the team’s collaborative spirit — the way ideas flow and everyone’s unique strengths come together to create something truly delicious. Micah takes pride in making allergy-friendly dishes that never compromise on flavor, ensuring everyone can savor each bite to the fullest.
Sam - Owner/Chef
Sam's passion for cooking has been a lifelong journey, beginning in childhood and nurtured through formal culinary training. Whether in his kitchen or in his garden, his dedication to the craft allows him to explore the complexities of flavor, from beginning to end, ensuring that every ingredient shines in his dishes. With a keen eye for detail and a love for experimentation, Sam transforms simple meals into culinary experiences.
